Occupational therapy has always felt like the perfect marriage of art and science to me. It blends creativity, heart, and imagination with a deep understanding of the human body, mind, and environment, and it’s that balance that first drew me to the profession.

My interest in pain care began with my own experience of chronic pain in my early 20s. I learned firsthand how pain reshaped every part of my life; my work, hobbies, routines, mental health, and relationships. Over time, I also learned what it means to live well alongside pain: to reconnect with joy, meaning, and the things that matter most. That journey has sparked a deep desire in me to support others navigating similar paths.

My approach is warm, person-centred and collaborative, and I approach each person with empathy, curiosity, and care. I believe every person brings their own wisdom and unique lived experiences, and I work alongside them to explore what’s meaningful, empowering, and sustainable in their unique context.
I hold a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Occupational Therapy from Glasgow Caledonian University and have worked across a range of settings including acute hospitals, nursing homes, and community-based home health across Glasgow, Singapore, and now Australia.
This has given me a strong, broad foundation in working with a variety of conditions, including in neurology, orthopaedics, geriatric medicine, neurodivergence, and mental health. I’ve also completed further training in motivational interviewing, seating and positioning, and return-to-work planning, with a growing interest in therapeutic approaches for mental health.

Outside of work, I’m usually obsessing over my recently rescued ex-racing greyhound, chasing sunshine and sunsets, or hunting down the next live music or theatre event.
