Are you struggling with persisting hip or knee pain?

Do you have osteoarthritic symptoms like noisy joints, reduced range of movement and morning stiffness?

GLA:D is an evidence-based program specifically designed to improve the lives of people living with knee and hip Osteoarthritis.

As physiotherapists specialising in chronic pain, we are up to date with persisting pain management research and intervention practices, making us a great choice for seeing you through this program.
