Gen Dardenne

Client Experience Officer

You may have seen me, you may have not.  Who am I?

I am Gen! I work in the clouds from the comfort of home as the Client Experience Officer.

I juggle work life and mum life, jumping between raising my beautiful young daughter and assisting our lovely practitioners with anything and everything.

I originally come from a background of professional dance and dance teaching. After a long career teaching children and students of all ages, I made a huge change, hanging up my dancing shoes and swapping them for a desk and a calculator working in accounts for the Aged Care Sector.

Fast forward a few years and I am now a mum to an energy filled toddler and Evolving Pain's Client Experience Officer. It was only destined to happen having known Amy (our OT) for close to a decade. I couldn't resist coming onboard and supporting such a caring and passionate clinic and being apart of a powerhouse team.

Hi my name is Eimear and I am from Ireland!

My background is in psychology and I recently qualified as a nutritionist. I’m interested in using nutrition to aid in prevention and recovery of diseases.

I love all kinds of sports and spend my time outside of work playing hockey, Gaelic football (like an Irish version of AFL) and running. I am a chatterbox and love talking and learning about new people!

Maroochye Ross
Client Experience Officer

Hi it's me, Maroochye!

I live my life constantly on the run. I am a mum to three (call me crazy) energetic trampoline loving boys. We love to get out into nature and spend most weekends at a new park, riding bikes and camping.

I have recently "clipped my wings" as an International Flight Attendant to have my feet firmly on the ground to not miss the special moments as the boys grow. Customer Service is my JAM! I love getting to know our clients and helping to manage your requests the best I can.

When I joined Evolving Pain early in 2024, I didn't just join a business, I joined a tight knit family and am now excited to see the family grow.
